Shipping & returns
Prints ship within 5 business days, flat in a rigid mailer. Originals ship within 7 business days, carefully packed and insured. U.S. shipping only; you'll get a tracking number by email. Free local pickup is available in the Boise area.
If anything arrives damaged, email Cindy within 7 days with a photo and she'll replace it or refund you. Prints and originals can be returned within 14 days of delivery, in their original condition, for a refund of the artwork price. Commissions are custom-made for you and can't be returned.
